FAQ

When will my order be shipped?
On average, it takes me 3 - 10 business days to process the orders. Processing times may take longer during busy periods such as shop updates, holiday season or special sales, as I personally pack your orders. Thank you for your understanding and patience!

Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do :)

When will the orders arrive?
Domestic orders: 3 - 10 business days
United States: 5 - 15 business days
Everywhere else: Please allow at least 4 - 6 weeks

NOTE: These are only estimates during normal times — shipping times can vary greatly due to COVID impacts.

Canada Post could not find an my order associated with the tracking number provided? 
I use a third party courier that has partnered with Canada Post for last mile delivery of your package. It will take Canada Post's system will take a few days to update the tracking number into their system :) 

Where is my tracking number?
When placing an order, you have the choice of "with" tracked shipping or "without" tracked shipping. 

If "without" tracked shipping is selected, it will not have a tracking number or any types of tracing mechanism. I cannot be responsible for lost mail or send free replacements or refunds in the event of an untracked package being lost/delayed. I would highly recommend "with" tracked shipping for security and piece of mind.

In the event of undelivered mail that is the fault of couriers, tracked shipments include insurance coverage which allows cost recovery and a new package to be remailed. For undelivered mail at the fault of the recipient (ie. Incorrect address provided; package not picked up and returned to post office), with tracked shipment or not, the package will deemed to be delivered and no refund or remailing requests will be accepted.

Do I have to pay import tax and or any customs fees?
Customs and import taxes will differ depending on the country. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. 

FOR UK AND EU CUSTOMERS:

Due to the new customs/VAT policies, please be aware there is the possibility of customs and handling fees to be paid when your order arrives in your country as we do not collect any VAT when your order is placed.

What are your return/ refund policies?

All sales are final and we do not accept any returns or exchanges. If your order arrived damaged, please contact us at savenartustudio@gmail.com with your name, order number and photo within 5 days of delivery.
