What is Kickstarter?
Kickstarter is a crowdfunding platform that helps artists like me bring creative projects to reality. A project comes to life only when a funding goal is met through pledges by people. In return for the pledges, backers can get their hands on the first product offerings at much lower price!

Do I need to create a Kickstarter account to support this project?
Yes, you will need to create a Kickstarter account in order to be able to support the project and pledge for a reward. 

When will the pins be mailed out?
✦ May 6th – June 6th : Kickstarter Campaign 
✦June 6th – end of June: Kickstarter collects funds + Send out rewards survey
✦ Early July – September: Production
✦ End of September - October: Shipping out all orders
 
Will there be any stretch goals?
The campaign's success will unlock additional designs and merchandise. I’m aiming for 3 exciting releases:

✦ Initial Release: Featuring 10 designs, including 4 Mini.
✦ Second Release: Adding 10 more designs, with 4 Mini and 1 premium.
✦ Third Release: Introducing 4 new designs, with 1 Mini and 1 premium included.

Stay tuned for these expansions, each bringing unique flavor to the collection.
 
How much is shipping?
To keep shipping as low as possible, SHIPPING IS NOT included in the rewards pricing. Shipping costs, based on weight and shipping country, will be collected separately AFTER the campaign ends through a pledge management platform. Please see the table below for approx. shipping costs to different countries.

Estimated Shipping Times:

  • Canada: 3 – 10 business days
    • Canada (Vancouver, BC): Local pickup within Metro Vancouver will be available this year! A designated date and location will be announced later in the campaign.
  • United States: 10 – 20 business days
  • Everywhere else: Approx. at least 3 – 6 weeks

When do I get to choose which pin I want？
A Survey will be sent at the end of the campaign in June for you to fill out your selection.

What if the pin I want is not yet unlocked?
Please pledge for ALL of the pins you want even if they are not yet unlocked! This is the only way for us to reach our goal. You can modify your pledge at any time before the campaign end date. And you will NOT be charged until the campaign ends June 5th!

Will there be any freebies?
As a thank you for supporting my Kickstarter and helping bring this collection to life, I'm offering a few freebies to 
all backers:
1) Every pledge receives a freebie weatherproof vinyl sticker, PLUS
(2) Pledge for 4 or more non-mini pins (including add-ons) and receive a freebie Lollipop mini pin, PLUS
(3) Pledge for 12 or more non-mini pins (including add-ons) and receive an additional freebie Takoyaki mini pin.

Can I adjust my pledge after if I change my mind?
You can modify your pledge anytime during the campaign period, add/upgrade, downgrade, or cancel before the campaign ends.

When will I be charged?
You will not be charged until the campaign ends (June 5th) and only if we reach our goal.
